What we do

Four ways in.

Most of this work starts the same way — a founder who knows AI should be doing more here, and no clear read on where it fits. What follows is what we actually build, what it costs, and the kinds of businesses it has worked in.

The work travels better than you'd think.

The method is the same everywhere. What changes is the vocabulary, the standards, and what the team is protective of.

Interior design

Design 4 Corners · Tile Collective

Specification, sourcing, and client-facing documents. Studios live in the gap between a design decision and the paperwork that has to follow it.

Fashion and consumer

Cleobella · Solento Tequila

Brand voice at volume. Product copy, campaign material, and customer messaging that has to sound like the brand and not like software.

Industrial and technical B2B

Technical documentation, quoting, and customer response in a business where getting a spec wrong is expensive.

Creative studios

FieldX Studio · Okay Coyote

Production workflows, project intake, and the administrative work that eats the hours a studio would rather bill.

Real estate

No engagement yet

No engagement here yet, so this is a read on the work rather than a case. The wins in real estate are listing and marketing production, contract and disclosure review, and follow-up that stops going cold. The overhyped end is fully autonomous reception. We would scope it the same way we scope everything else.

What we build

Four engagements.

AI Foundation Build

$6,000 · 4–6 weeks

The full start-to-working system. We audit operations, write the foundation files that teach the system your business, build purpose-built projects against your real workflows, connect the data you already keep, and train the people who will use it.

  • Workflow audit and operations map
  • Foundation files — voice, company intelligence, guardrails
  • Two to four built projects
  • Data connections
  • Two training sessions, then follow-up support

50% at signing · 50% at install

Custom AI Agents

Scoped per build

Purpose-built agents for one job you do constantly — the task that runs every day, follows the same shape every time, and still costs somebody an afternoon.

Voice and chat scoped case-by-case.

Team Training & Workshops

$150/hr · 4-hr minimum

Two levels. Fundamentals for a team that is skeptical or hasn't started, and intermediate for people already using AI daily who have hit the ceiling of what prompting alone does. Runs standalone or as part of a build.

Delivered as 2 × 2-hour sessions

Extended Engagement

$10,000+

Multi-month, multi-department. More projects, a bigger team, a rollout that runs in stages instead of one install.

Straight answers

What people are actually worried about.

“My team will resist it.”

They usually do at first, and usually because the last tool made their job worse. Training is hands-on and paced to the least confident person in the room, not the most.

“It won't sound like us.”

That is the actual work. The foundation files exist so the system writes in your voice. If output sounds generic, the files are wrong and we fix them.

“We'll spend the money and nobody will use it.”

The most common way this fails. It is why training and the months after it are inside the engagement rather than sold separately.

“I'll lose control of how things get done.”

The system drafts. People decide. Nothing ships to a customer without someone here approving it.
